You have a lot of ideas in one poster, you can make this into another poster.
I like this design a lot. I think that all the hands around the globe could be a seperate poster itself.
I also think that this could be turned into another poster. It seems a little crowded. Also, the hands around the globe could be faded so it isn't as harsh.

I like the concept. I suggest making "diversity" and "celebrate diversity" one color. and also lighten the background color.
